The ingredient
Built for skin that reacts.
Free menthol gives you a hit. An ester gives you a curve. In a baby wash, a facial mist or a patch worn for six hours, the curve is the product, and the curve is what we build.
- No alcohol in the cooling system — nothing to sting on skin that is already irritated
- Volatility down more than 90% against free menthol, so the nose and eyes get less of it
- Water-soluble at 2–3.2 g/L, so clear systems do not need a solubiliser to stay clear
- pH 3–4 as the free acid, 8–10 as the sodium salt — usable across wash-off and leave-on
Measured on the ingredient. We characterise the same properties again in your finished formula during development, and the evidence map shows exactly what comes with the material.
