Complimentary evaluation samples

Subject to qualification, sample availability and applicable law. Buyers pay shipping and any import duties, taxes and clearance costs. Sample quantity and frequency are confirmed individually.

Custom formulation development

PhD-led R&D is scoped and quoted before work begins. Fees, revisions, milestones and testing are agreed in writing.

R&D fee credits

Qualifying R&D fees may be credited against future ingredient purchases under a signed agreement specifying thresholds, period, amount and exclusions. No unconditional refund is promised.

Formula locking and intellectual property

Formula reference, acceptance criteria, confidentiality, ownership and any exclusivity are established by separate written agreement.

Market-specific requirements

Samples and commercial products are subject to applicable identification, safety, import, shipping, product classification, claims and labelling requirements. Evaluation samples are not evidence of US or EU market approval.

Product claims

Reference samples are development formats, not finished consumer products. CITRAVION makes no therapeutic, antibacterial, curative or medical claim for any item in the sample library. Any claim a buyer intends to make is the buyer's responsibility and must be substantiated and compliant in the destination market.
