We run our own ingredient production and we build finished products through qualified partner factories. Knowing which is which matters when you audit a supplier.
Ingredient manufacturing takes place in our own plant in Zhejiang, China, with capacity of up to one metric ton per month. Grade, batch schedule and lead time are confirmed at quotation because capacity is shared across running orders.
Cooling sprays, patches, wipes and rinse-off products are produced by qualified partner factories under specifications written by our development team.
